Custom Engraved Whiskey Stones

Our friends over at Groovy Guy Gifts sent us a set of custom made whiskey stones.  These are high quality whiskey stones that you can get anything you want engraved on them.  As you can see in the photo they did an excellent job for us.

As many of you know, we do custom cigar bands for all occasions, weddings, bachelor parties, corporate events and any special occasion you can think of.  We appreciate the custom work that the Groovy Guy Gifts did.  Sometimes it’s not always easy to find a supplier that can get something done quickly, that is good quality and at a great price.  The Groovy Guys really delivered on the whiskey stones.  These stones are only $34.99 for a set of 6, which includes the cost of the engraving and they even beat their quoted lead time to us.

The last thing you want when you’re smoking a cigar and having some whiskey is to have the last part be watered down.  These stones keep your whiskey (or any other beverage) cold for the entire time you’re drinking it.  We put these stones to the test.  Smoking a cigar takes some time and we thought that these stones would warm up toward the end of the drink.  But to our surprise, the whiskey stayed nice and cool the entire time.

If you’re used to putting an ice cube or two in your whiskey and you’ve never tried a whiskey stone, you’re going to love these.  Using the whiskey stone instead of ice enables you to taste the full flavor of the whiskey with the chill for the whole drink.  This was the first time using a whisky stone and it was a great experience being able to enjoy the whiskey for the entire class instead of having the last portion be mostly watered down.  It was especially nice while smoking a cigar.  You really don’t want watered down whiskey while you’re smoking a cigar, and the whiskey stones are a great solution.  These stones allow you to have a full experience of the great flavor of your favorite whiskey.

The holidays are right around the corner and this makes a great gift for any cigar lover, because chances are he’s going to have some whiskey from time to time with his cigars and this is something he’ll truly appreciate.
